Champz Sports Grille Opens for Business

The former Champs Chili Dogs on Henry Street in Binghamton has been remade as Champz Sports Grille and reopened in its new location at 11 Main Street, Binghamton, on the corner of Front Street. The makeover is nothing short of spectacular. The space that houses the new Champz got a complete top-to-bottom renovation to the specifications of Champz owner Nate Jachimowicz, whom we profiled in the March 2012 print edition of the Police Gazette.

Nate couldn’t be more pleased. He tells us business is already booming, particularly since they expanded hours to 2:00am on Thursdays and 4:00am Fridays and Saturdays. The location is perfect to take advantage of the high-school population during the day and downtown college population at night. Nate, who sees nothing but success ahead, says a liquor license is in process that will allow Champz customers to wash down the best chili dogs in town with an ice cold beer.
