Faisal Shahzad, another of the Islamist armies of one, has been picked up by law enforcement officials and accused of planting the failed Pathfinder-demolition device in Times Square on May 1st. The consummate incompetence of Shahzad made his speedy capture a fait accompli. The only question remaining was how much money could be won.
On the morning of May 3rd we posted the following special
Police Gazette Line. Thirteen hours later, the winners had been determined. Faisal Shahzad was captured at 11:45pm EDT on May 3rd. Congratulations to all you lucky winners.

Special Police Gazette Line
A vehicle containing materials rigged to explode was discovered in Times Square the evening of May 1st. It did not explode as intended and, in fact, the whole operation was so relentlessly amateurish that we are wagering the perpetrator will be picked up within a week of planting the bomb. And so, presented here is a special Police Gazette Line in that connection. The Times Square car bomb perpetrator will be caught by:
May 3rd        3/2
May 4th        Even
May 5th        2/5
May 6th        1/10
May 7th        1/30
Please wager responsibly, and keep in mind that aiding the perpetrator to elude capture before May 8th in order to win your bet is considered bad form.
